The Legal and Ethical Board (LEB)
During NAP, the link between in vitro data and actigraphy reveals information never extracted before about our individual and intimate sleep habits, during which we are most vulnerable. Faced by this possibility, NAP includes different perspectives: academic, industrial, but also ethical and legal. In fact, NAP researchers (engineers, biologists, biotechnologist, medical doctors) will work side-by-side with a lawyer and a philosopher.
LEB duties:
To catalyse discussions about the long-term use of NAP Proof of Principle,
To ensurie the most efficient and effective exploitation of the NAP outcomes
To examine issues related to NAP envisioned technology innovation potential
